How does it work? Simply choose your size. And hope for the best. It could be great, or not – THAT’S THE MYSTERY!

All we can say is act fast, as the Mystery Box always sells out quickly.

When is my order shipped? If you place your order before 2 PM, it will be shipped the same day, otherwise on the next business day.

Can I return or exchange it? No, sorry!

But what if I received a Budgy I already own? See above.

Which Budgy can I get? It's all in the name 😂 It could be custom models, discontinued items, current stock, or samples.

All sales are final. Items cannot be returned.
