How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Metropolitan France :
Collection Point: Orders received before 2 p.m. will arrive within 2 working days.
Domicile: Orders received before 2 p.m. will arrive within 2 working days .
Europe (excluding UK) : We currently have 2 delivery options:
1. La Poste: 3-5 working days
2. DHL Express: 2-5 working days
Rest of the World and UK: Orders outside the EU usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, but we recommend placing your order on our Australian or UK site.

How can I exchange an item? (For example, to change the size or color)
The quickest way to get your Budgy is to place a new order on our website and send the item you wish to exchange to our address below along with a note including your order number and the item you go back.
Provided the goods are received in the condition in which you received them, including packaging and hygiene sticker (for women), we will refund you in full, including shipping costs.

What can I return/exchange?
The item must be unworn, in its original packaging with its return label and must not be damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged.
What is the return/exchange deadline?
Within 14 days of receiving your item.
Who pays for the return/exchange?
If you received the correct item and it is not faulty, you first pay postage to send it back to us and we will then refund the postage of the original product if you make an exchange.
What happens if I receive the wrong/faulty item?
Please send us an email at contact@budgysmuggler.fr and we will send you a new article so that you can smuggle as soon as possible.
How long does the return/exchange procedure take?
We will refund or exchange your order within 2 business days of receiving your package.
Are shipping costs reimbursed?
Yes, provided the goods are received in the condition in which you received them, including packaging, we will refund you in full, including shipping costs if the order is returned in full.
Please be sure to provide us with a correct address.
Budgy Smuggler France will deliver the items to the exact delivery address provided by you. Budgy Smuggler France cannot refund your purchase if you have provided us with an incorrect address. So please be very careful when filling in the delivery details.
