Stock and Customer Relations Manager

Stock & Customer Relations Manager:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Stock & Customer Relationship Manager. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience with Budgy Smuggler.

Duration:

Fixed-term contract 35 hours/week from May 5, 2025 to September 26, 2025.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer service requests:

  • Provide efficient and accurate responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Budgy Smuggler products and services.
  • Answer product or service questions, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing technical support to customers.
  • Provide information about special offers, sell related products or services, and ensure the customer experience is enjoyable.
  • Effectively handle customer complaints, demonstrating strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication and empathy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team for resolution.

Live Customer Relations:

  • Implement, monitor and actively engage with customers via Live Chat on Budgy Smuggler sites, including international sites, with the aim of increasing customer conversion rates.
  • Suggest products or collections that customers might be looking for.
  • Provide direct links to suggested or desired landing pages.

Custom Swimwear Inquiries:

  • Handle inquiries regarding custom swimwear orders, providing detailed information and advice to customers.
  • Collaborate with relevant members of the design and production team to ensure proper processing and fulfillment of custom swimwear orders.

Responding to Customer Reviews:

  • Respond to product and/or company reviews posted by customers on various platforms.
  • Manage negative reviews professionally, turning potential dissatisfaction into positive experiences and minimizing damage to brand reputation.

Order processing:

  • Send customer orders placed on the website daily.
  • Efficiently manage incoming orders, handle cancellations, returns and exchanges to ensure a seamless transaction experience for the customer.

Stock Management:

  • Daily reception of stock & storage in the warehouse.
  • Reception and sending of personalized orders.

 

Experience:

Essential:

  • Previous experience in customer service or inventory management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, Monday.com, Meta, TikTok.
  • Fun personality and passionate about making people smile.
  • Strong communication skills and a quirky sense of humor.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly.

Preferable:

  • Experience in swimwear/fashion, e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with internal customer service processes.
  • Love the Budgy Smuggler brand.
