How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Metropolitan France :

1. La Poste: 3-5 working days

2. DHL Express: 1-2 working days

Europe (excluding UK) : We currently have 2 delivery options:

1. La Poste: 3-5 working days

2. DHL Express: 2-5 working days

Rest of the World and UK: Orders outside the EU usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, but we recommend placing your order on our Australian or UK site.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns are free (Metropolitan France & Europe)

Budgy Smuggler is committed to providing the highest quality equipment. That's why we'll replace or refund any purchase if you're not 100% satisfied. (Exception for discounted items marked ‘LAST CHANCE TO BUY’ - these are neither exchangeable nor refundable).

How can I exchange an item? (For example, to change the size or color)

The item must be unworn, in its original packaging with its return label and must not be damaged in any way. We cannot exchange/refund items that have been worn or damaged.

Items marked ‘LAST CHANCE TO BUY’ or ‘MYSTERY BOX’ are neither exchangeable nor refundable. 

 

What is the return/exchange deadline?

Within 90 days of receiving your item.

Who pays for the return/exchange?

We'll take care of the return postage. All you have to do is print out a returns label (provided on our returns form).  

What happens if I receive the wrong/faulty item?

Please send us an email at contact@budgysmuggler.fr and we will send you a new article so that you can smuggle as soon as possible.

How long does the return/exchange procedure take?

We will refund your order within one week of receiving your parcel. For any urgent requests, please email us. 

Budgy Smuggler France will deliver the items to the exact delivery address provided by you. Budgy Smuggler France cannot refund your purchase if you have provided us with an incorrect address. So please be very careful when filling in the delivery details.

If you make a mistake when entering your details when ordering, please email us immediately at contact@budgysmuggler.fr so that we can modify them.
